NEW HAVEN, CT – Southern Connecticut’s Senior Day honored Michaela Gilbert, Kylyn Dawkins and Tiffany Coleman in their last home meet at Moore Field House. The Owls posted a 192.1 as the the visiting Bridgeport Purple Knights scored a 194.425

UB’s Gabrielle Kistner vaulted to a 9.85 for first place, followed by her teammate Julianna Roland’s 9.825, and SCSU’s Hannah Stahlbrodt and Alexandra Lesperance who each scored a 9.725.

On Bars, UB’s Kathryn Doran tied a school record with a 9.925, followed by fellow Purple Knights Kelly Aycock and her 9.85, and Kelli Tereshko’s 9.825. UB’s Thomara-Powell Brown had a 9.8 and Stahlbrodt did as well.

Over on Beam, Doran scored a 9.75, SCSU’s Keara Loughlin and UB’s Jordan Streete each had 9.65s, and Jordan Peloquin of Southern scored a 9.625.

Stahlbrodt and Roland led their respective teams and the meet on Floor thanks to 9.825s, Kistner tallied a 9.775, and Aycock scored a 9.75.

In the All Around, Roland compiled a 39.025, followed by Stahlbrodt’s 38.650 and Cassidy Girolamo of Southern posted a 38.175.

Bridgeport will be at Brown on Sunday, and then each team will meet each other and West Chester in ECAC Division 2 Championships next weekend.
