SPRINGFIELD, CT – On Super Dual Sunday, the Springfield Men’s Gymnastics team hosted William & Mary resulting in a 398.2 score for visiting W&M and a 391.050 tally for the host Pride.
Tomas Palma took first on Floor for W&M with his 14.150 score, a few tenths ahead of teammate Tim O’Neill. The top Springfield finisher was Chris Graff with his 13.450.
On Pommels, Griffin Antle took first with a 13.8 score for W&M as teammate Jacopo Gliozzi had a 13.5 and Spencer Schradt added a 13.3. The top scoring Pride member was Graff again with his 13.1.
Jeremiah McReynolds won Rings for William & Mary with a 14.2, followed closely by teammate David Watkins and a 14.0 then came Graff again with a 13.75 followed by SC’s Stephen Lewis and Josh Dieker each with 13.5s.
Lewis won the Vault for Springfield as his 13.9 landed just ahead of Jack Hasenkopf of W&M and a 13.8. O’Neill had a 13.750.
On the Parallel Bars, Jannik Haas of SC led the way with his 13.85 as W&M’s Mitchell Campbell swung to a 13.7. Antle and McReynolds each had 13.5s.
Over on High bar, David Allen of W&M notched a 13.6 for first, followed by Phil Ordonez of Springfield who posted a 13.350, and then came McReynolds and a 13.2. Haas also picked up a 13.1.
Lewis scored a 79.1 in the All Around, Graff had a 77.5 and Hasenkopf compiled a 76.350.
