As usual a lot happened in collegiate gymnastics in the area. Here’s a look at it all.

Yale went to Towson and scored a 191.875. Camilla Opperman scores 9.825 on floor. [Yale Release]  They posted two videos on their facebook page as well. Yale also posted Brittney Sooksengdao’s Beam routine from the Ivy Classic. Opperman won the ECAC Specialist of the Week Award. [ECAC Release]

Brown scored a 193.950 at TWU and Jorden Mitchell has career high 9.8 on vault. [Brown Release] Brooke Williams won the ECAC Coaches’ Choice Award. [Brown Release]

New Hampshire put up a 194.700 at Minnesota. MaKenzie Kerouac scored a 9.85 on the Uneven Bars.  [UNH Release]

Bridgeport went to Cornell and scored 193.75 as Caitlin Perry and Sasha Tsikhanovich win Floor with a 9.875 each. [UB Release] Perry won the ECAC Coaches’ Choice Award. [UB Release]

Rutgers went to Towson as well and received a 194.850. Luisa Leal posted a 9.9 on Vault. [Rutgers Release] RU has also posted highlights from their past three meets on Youtube.

Springfield women were off this week.

Springfield men scored a 407.950 on the road. Jon Zirna won the parallel bars with a 14.4 [Springfield Release]

Penn had a 191.925 on the road. Elyse Shenberger scores 9.775 on Floor. [Penn Release]

Cornell acquired a 190.450 at home. Courtney Spitzer scores a 9.825 on Beam. [Cornell Release] Spitzer won the ECAC Rookie of the Week Award as well. [ECAC Release]

Temple scores 191.225 at Pitt. Lauren Capone & Michaela Lapent each scored 9.8 on floor. [Temple Release]

SCSU scored a 189.85 at West Chester. [SCSU Release] Kaufman and Kilmurray each win ECAC awards. [ECAC Release]

West Chester scored a 190.200 hosting a meet in Philadelphia. Majesta Valentine scores 38.775 tying her own school record. [WCU Release] WCU also has most of the routines up on their youtube channel. Valentine won ECAC Gymnast of the Week Honors  and Cassandra Ringer won a Coaches’ Choice Award. [ECAC Release]

Brockport had a 190.7 on the road and then broke the school record with a 192.225 at home. Ithaca hit a 187.050 at Brockport, but broke the school record on Beam with a 47.5 [Ithaca Release] Megan Harrington won the NCGA East Region All Around Gymnast of the Week award. Ursinus scored 187.175 at WCU’s Pink Invite. [Ursinus Release] Kaelin Ruoss was profiled in Lancaster Online due to her all around record.

Cortland went up to Brockport and came away with a season best beam score of 187.475 and a season best beam performance. [Cortland Release]

Rhode Island College scored 176.725 at Brockport. [RIC Release]
