Busan KT SonicBoom 92 vs Jeonju KCC Egis 92-77 March 1st (box score)
For the SonicBoom Charles Rhodes scored 21, had 9 rebounds, and 3 blocks. Hyun Su Kim and Seung Won Kim each posted 14. Yeo Kwon Yoon scored 12 (all from 3 pointers) and Seung Yoon Woo had 3 from three point land as well on his way to 11 points.
Egis was led by Deshawn Sims and his 38 points (5 from three) and 9 rebounds. Seung Jin Ha scored 15, and Kyung Sang Park had 10. Ha also grabbed 9 rebounds, Tae Sul Kim snagged 7 of his own, and Park had 3 steals.
The SonicBoom entered the fourth quarter up 11, but Egis could still have come back. Ha opened the quarter with a hook shot for two, Busan missed two shots and the ball ended up in Ha’s hands and he scored again cutting the lead to seven. On the ensuing SonicBoom drive Rhodes scored from inside the paint and soon after teammate Seung Won Kim hit a mid range jumper. KCC’s Sims his a 3 to bring the score to 75-67. Both teams missed some chances, but Woo hit a 3 for KT. Ha scored again, but Buan’s Seung Won Kim had an open shot from beyond the 3-point line and he made it. With the score 81-69 KCC attempted to score and failed, the ball ended up in the hands of Yeo Kwon Yoon of KT. He advanced and was unchallenged as the defense must have miscalculated. He shot a three with no one nearby to put the score at 84-69. The game was essentially out of reach by this point. Park went to the line for the Egis but missed 1 of 2 free throws. KCC headed for the net but Rhodes blocked their shot. On an ensuing play he drove in close and scored over 2 defenders to put it at 86-70. Each team would score more but the SonicBoom kept their lead distant until the final buzzer and the 92-77 final.

Charles Rhodes had 35 points, 14 rebounds, 3 steals, and 3 blocks. Jae Do Lee pitched in 5 assists, Hyun Su Kim scored 9 and Seung Won Kim blocked two shots.
For the victorious Orions, Troy Gillenwater scored 22, and Seung Hyun Lee hit 3 threes as part of his 18 points, 7 rebounds and 3 steals. Il Young Heo put up 12, as did Leo Lyons who also had 4 steals. Hyun Min Lee contributed 11 assists.
