信息支援部隊(duì)是全新打造的戰(zhàn)略性兵種
Information Support Force：a Brand-New Strategic Arm of the PLA
4月19日晚上，國(guó)防部舉行專題記者會(huì)，國(guó)防部新聞局局長(zhǎng)、國(guó)防部新聞發(fā)言人吳謙大校答記者問(wèn)。
吳謙：2024年4月19日，中國(guó)人民解放軍信息支援部隊(duì)成立大會(huì)在北京八一大樓隆重舉行。我愿就會(huì)議有關(guān)內(nèi)容回答記者提問(wèn)。
Wu Qian: The inaugural conference of the PLA Information Support Force was held in Bayi Building on April 19th, 2024. I will now take questions concerning the conference.
記者：這次大會(huì)宣布成立信息支援部隊(duì)，這支部隊(duì)是一支什么樣的力量？
Question: The conference inaugurates the Information Support Force. What kind of force is it?
吳謙：調(diào)整組建信息支援部隊(duì)，是黨中央和中央軍委從強(qiáng)軍事業(yè)全局出發(fā)作出的重大決策，是構(gòu)建新型軍兵種結(jié)構(gòu)布局、完善中國(guó)特色現(xiàn)代軍事力量體系的戰(zhàn)略舉措，對(duì)加快國(guó)防和軍隊(duì)現(xiàn)代化、有效履行新時(shí)代人民軍隊(duì)使命任務(wù)具有重大而深遠(yuǎn)的意義。信息支援部隊(duì)是全新打造的戰(zhàn)略性兵種，是統(tǒng)籌網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息體系建設(shè)運(yùn)用的關(guān)鍵支撐，在推動(dòng)我軍高質(zhì)量發(fā)展和打贏現(xiàn)代戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)中地位重要、責(zé)任重大。
Wu Qian: Establishing the Information Support Force through restructuring is a major decision made by the CPC Central Committee and the Central Military Commission (CMC) for the cause of building a strong military, and a strategic step to establish a new system of services and arms and improve the modern military force structure with Chinese characteristics. This is of profound and far-reaching significance to the modernization of national defense and the armed forces and effective fulfillment of the missions and tasks of the People's military in the new era. The Information Support Force is a brand-new strategic arm of the PLA and a key underpinning of coordinated development and application of the network information system. It plays an important role and bears great responsibility in promoting high-quality development and the ability to fight and win in modern warfare.
