記者：前不久，津巴布韋總統(tǒng)姆南加古瓦在出席2024年中非合作論壇北京峰會(huì)并進(jìn)行國(guó)事訪問(wèn)期間，專程赴南京訪問(wèn)了陸軍指揮學(xué)院。請(qǐng)發(fā)言人進(jìn)一步介紹有關(guān)情況及中非防務(wù)安全合作未來(lái)發(fā)展。
Question: Taking time out of his busy schedule during the state visit to China and attendance at the 2024 Beijing Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC) not long ago, Zimbabwean President Mnangawa paid a visit to the PLA Army Command College in Nanjing. Can you please tell us more about his visit and the future development of China-Africa defense and security cooperation?
吳謙：9月4日至6日，2024年中非合作論壇北京峰會(huì)成功舉辦，50余位非洲國(guó)家元首、政府首腦齊聚北京，共商新時(shí)代中非友好合作大計(jì)。在峰會(huì)開(kāi)幕式上，習(xí)近平主席發(fā)表重要主旨講話，提出共筑新時(shí)代全天候中非命運(yùn)共同體，宣布實(shí)施中非攜手推進(jìn)現(xiàn)代化十大伙伴行動(dòng)，得到非方領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人積極響應(yīng)。中國(guó)軍隊(duì)將與非洲國(guó)家軍隊(duì)一道，認(rèn)真落實(shí)峰會(huì)精神，推動(dòng)實(shí)施“安全共筑伙伴行動(dòng)”，加強(qiáng)各層級(jí)友好交流，開(kāi)展聯(lián)演聯(lián)訓(xùn)、聯(lián)合巡航、人員培訓(xùn)等務(wù)實(shí)合作，共同提升軍隊(duì)現(xiàn)代化水平，攜手踐行全球安全倡議，為維護(hù)世界與地區(qū)的和平穩(wěn)定作出更大貢獻(xiàn)。
Wu Qian: The FOCAC Beijing Summit was successfully held from September 4th to 6th. More than 50 heads of state or heads of government from Africa gathered in Beijing to discuss and promote China-Africa friendship and cooperation in the new era. In his important keynote speech at the opening ceremony of the Summit, President Xi Jinping proposed jointly building an All-Weather China-Africa Community with a Share Future for the New Era, and announced ten partnership actions for modernization to deepen China-Africa cooperation, all of which were well received by the African leaders. The Chinese military is ready to work with the militaries of African countries to deliver on the guiding principles of the summit, implement the Partnership Action for Common Security, enhance friendly exchanges at all levels, and jointly act on the Global Security Initiative, so as to make greater contributions to peace and security of the region and the world.
期間，津巴布韋總統(tǒng)姆南加古瓦參訪了解放軍陸軍指揮學(xué)院，追憶60年前在中國(guó)的求學(xué)歲月，重溫中非人民在反帝反殖反霸斗爭(zhēng)中并肩奮斗的歷史。上世紀(jì)中葉，包括姆南加古瓦總統(tǒng)在內(nèi)的一批非洲國(guó)家青年軍官來(lái)到中國(guó)軍事院校學(xué)習(xí)。他們學(xué)成回國(guó)之后，積極投入到本國(guó)民族解放事業(yè)和國(guó)家軍隊(duì)發(fā)展建設(shè)中，將在中國(guó)所學(xué)、所見(jiàn)帶給了身邊更多官兵，他們中的一些人成長(zhǎng)為國(guó)家和軍隊(duì)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人，這也是中非友誼賡續(xù)傳承、歷久彌堅(jiān)的真實(shí)寫(xiě)照。
During his visit to China, Zimbabwean President Mnangawa paid a visit to the PLA Army Command College. He recalled his study in China 50 years ago, and reminisced about the time when the Chinese and African people fought side by side in the struggle against imperialism, colonialism and hegemonism. In the middle of last century, a group of young officers from African countries including President Mnangawa came to China’s military academies to study. After graduation, they devoted themselves to the cause of national liberation and the building of their militaries, bringing back with them what they had learned and experienced in China to more officers and men around them. This is a strong testament that the China-Africa friendship remains robust, and has grown stronger through generations.
