記者：據(jù)報(bào)道，臺(tái)軍組織“漢光40號(hào)”實(shí)兵演練聚焦無劇本實(shí)戰(zhàn)化，首次發(fā)布“部隊(duì)交戰(zhàn)規(guī)則”攜行卡范本，以提升臺(tái)軍動(dòng)武的“合法性與正當(dāng)性”，并演練境外物資接轉(zhuǎn)等科目。請(qǐng)問對(duì)此有何評(píng)論？

Templates of rules of engagement (ROE) cards were issued for the first time to improve the “l(fā)egality and legitimacy” for the use of force by Taiwan’s troops. In addition, the subjects of the drills included the delivery of supplies from overseas. What’s your comment?
張曉剛：民進(jìn)黨當(dāng)局窮盡各種伎倆，妄想給分裂活動(dòng)披上“合法”“正當(dāng)”外衣，這不過是自欺欺人而已。民進(jìn)黨當(dāng)局蓄謀把臺(tái)島當(dāng)戰(zhàn)場，把民眾當(dāng)肉盾，妄圖“以武謀獨(dú)”“以武拒統(tǒng)”，完全是不自量力，最終是絕路一條。
Zhang Xiaogang: The DPP authorities are using all possible means to disguise separatist activities under the cover of “l(fā)egality and legitimacy”. Such action is just self-deceiving. The DPP authorities attempt to turn Taiwan into battlefields and use the local residents as human shields, so as to seek “Taiwan independence” and resist reunification with force. Their attempt is completely futile and only leads to a dead end.
