國防部：反對域外勢力介入 反對在南海炫耀武力
Ministry of National Defense: Oppose external interference and muscle flexing in the South China Sea
4月25日下午，國防部舉行例行記者會，國防部新聞局局長、國防部新聞發(fā)言人吳謙大校答記者問。
記者：據(jù)報(bào)道，美國和菲律賓正在南海海域舉行代號為“肩并肩”的聯(lián)合軍事演習(xí)。菲海警將首次參加該演習(xí)。菲高官稱，有意邀請日本自衛(wèi)隊(duì)參加明年的演習(xí)。請問對此有何評論？
Question: According to reports, the US and the Philippines are conducting Balikatan 2024, an annual bilateral joint exercise in the South China Sea. The Philippine Coast Guard has joined the exercise for the first time. Philippine senior officials said they intended to invite the Japan Self-Defense Forces to participate in the exercise next year. What’s your comment on this？
吳謙：解決南海問題要有大智慧，引進(jìn)域外勢力和非當(dāng)事方，只會令事態(tài)復(fù)雜難解。中方一向倡導(dǎo)共同、綜合、合作、可持續(xù)的安全觀，主張通過域內(nèi)國家間的對話協(xié)商妥善解決分歧，反對域外勢力介入，反對在南海炫耀武力、挑釁滋事，反對搞拉幫結(jié)派、陣營對抗那一套。中國軍隊(duì)密切關(guān)注相關(guān)動向，將采取有力有效措施予以堅(jiān)決應(yīng)對，決不允許其搞亂南海。
Wu Qian: It requires great wisdom to resolve the South China Sea issue. Drawing forces outside the region or countries not directly concerned into the issue will only further complicate the situation and make it harder to solve. China always advocates the vision of common, comprehensive, cooperative, and sustainable security. We believe differences should be properly handled through dialogue and consultation among countries in the region. We oppose external interference, muscle flexing, provocations and harassment in the South China Sea, and oppose piecing together exclusive circles or bloc confrontation. The Chinese military is closely following relevant moves, and will resolutely respond with effective measures. We will never allow anyone to sow chaos the South China Sea.
