12月28日下午，國(guó)防部舉行例行記者會(huì)，國(guó)防部新聞局局長(zhǎng)、國(guó)防部新聞發(fā)言人吳謙大校答記者問。
記者：據(jù)報(bào)道，菲軍政官員多次表示，中國(guó)海警在仁愛礁附近使用水炮襲擊菲律賓船只，并對(duì)菲船進(jìn)行沖撞，引發(fā)地區(qū)局勢(shì)緊張。此外，菲方稱中方還使用遠(yuǎn)程聲波裝置和軍用級(jí)激光器攻擊菲船員，請(qǐng)問對(duì)此有何評(píng)論？
吳謙：有關(guān)言論純屬不實(shí)炒作。菲方不顧中方一再勸阻，執(zhí)意派船闖入中國(guó)仁愛礁鄰近海域，還以挑釁性方式?jīng)_撞中國(guó)海警船并導(dǎo)致刮蹭，這種行徑是非常危險(xiǎn)的，也是極不專業(yè)的。中國(guó)海警依法采取必要措施予以規(guī)制，完全合理合法。
我們注意到，菲方號(hào)稱“人道主義運(yùn)補(bǔ)”，但運(yùn)補(bǔ)船隊(duì)里卻搭載著大量媒體記者，發(fā)了很多假消息。依我看，這哪是什么人道主義運(yùn)補(bǔ)，這完全是“碰瓷”，是作秀。至于使用所謂“聲波”和“激光”武器，完全是無中生有。中方既沒有意圖，也沒有必要使用類似裝置。中方始終致力于通過對(duì)話協(xié)商解決分歧，共同維護(hù)海上穩(wěn)定，但也不會(huì)對(duì)菲方一而再、再而三的挑釁滋事坐視不管。
Wu Qian: This is purely false hype. The Philippine side, in disregard of repeated warnings from the Chinese side, insisted on sending vessel to intrude into the adjacent waters of China’s Ren’ai Jiao, and provocatively rammed a China Coast Guard vessel and caused scratch. Such behavior is very dangerous and extremely unprofessional. The China Coast Guard took necessary enforcement measures in accordance with law, which were totally justified and legitimate. We noted that the Philippine side had claimed to conduct humanitarian supplies. However, those supply vessels carried many journalists and propagated disinformation.
In my view, this is not humanitarian supply at all, it is to deliberately create an incident, play victim and make a show in the name of humanitarian supply. As for the so-called sonic or laser weapon, this is entirely groundless accusation. China has no intention or necessity to use such devices. China is always committed to resolving differences through dialogue and consultation and making joint efforts to maintain maritime stability, but we will not turn a blind eye towards the Philippine’s repeated provocations and harassment.
