國防部警告菲方：立即停止侵權(quán)與虛假敘事
MND Warns the Philippine Side: Immediately Stop Its Rights-infringing and False Narratives
2月27日下午，國防部舉行例行記者會，國防部新聞局局長、國防部新聞發(fā)言人吳謙大校答記者問。
記者：據(jù)報(bào)道，菲方稱中國海軍軍機(jī)對其公務(wù)機(jī)進(jìn)行了危險(xiǎn)的飛行動(dòng)作，并表示這種魯莽的行動(dòng)對飛行員和乘客的安全構(gòu)成了嚴(yán)重威脅。請問對此有何評論？
Question: The Philippine side claimed that a PLAN aircraft took dangerous maneuvers against its public service aircraft, and that this reckless action posed a serious risk to the safety of the pilots and passengers. Do you have any comment on this?
吳謙：這件事的真相是非常清楚的，菲方公務(wù)機(jī)攜帶大量媒體，悍然侵入中國黃巖島領(lǐng)空挑釁碰瓷，并對我正常巡航的海軍直升機(jī)造成威脅，這是造成雙方海空安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的根源所在。需要指出的是，違反國際法侵闖他國領(lǐng)空才是最大的魯莽、最本質(zhì)的不負(fù)責(zé)任。我們要求菲方立即停止侵權(quán)與虛假敘事，與中方相向而行，共同維護(hù)南海和平穩(wěn)定。
Wu Qian: The fact about this incident is very clear. The Philippine public service aircraft, with many journalists aboard, barged into China’s airspace over Huangyan Dao to provoke and play the victim. Its provocation posed threats to our helicopter which was on a routine patrol, and was the real cause of air and maritime safety risks in this encounter. I need to point out that intruding into other countries’ airspace in breach of international law is more reckless and irresponsible than anything else. We require the Philippine side to immediately stop its rights-infringing, stop spreading false narratives, and work with the Chinese side for peace and stability in the South China Sea.
